His latest bone scan and CT abdo/pelvis were all clear. I biopsied the anastomosis under TRUS guidance and did not find any tumour. What next?
How would review of histology help?
Why do you worry about continence before DXT. I thought usually stricture is more a problem after DXT rather than incontinence.
