Good to hear from you again. Are we not given to understand that the life time risk of malignancy in any intrabdominal testis is about 5% and that the risk becomes negligible beyond the age of 50. If so, can we not accept that risk and retain the testes for its endocrine function while keeping the patient is close surveillance at least until he turns 50?
