Subject is a 39 yr old Malay Male presented with left testicular swelling for 1 week. Clinically the left testis was hard and swollen. Ultrasound showed a complex solid mass of the left testis. Alpha FP was 3945 ug/L (1-10 Normal) and Beta HCG was 8.4IU/L (0-7 Normal). CXR and Ct abdomen and pelvis were normal. A left radical orchiectomy was performed and the hisotlogy showed malignant mixed germ cell tumor with embryonal and yolk sac component.
What would be the management?
