7-year-old boy who still wet bed was found by GP to have bilateral hydronephrosis on US.Voiding frequently day time but dry. Prone to faecal incontinence with diarrhoea.

No obvious neurological signs other than obvious lax anal sphincter. Creatinine 84. MCU showed "fern tree bladder" with open BN, no reflux & no posterior urethral valve. On urethral catheterisation, he put out 7 litre in first 24 hours with partical resolution of hydronephrosis. CMG showed intermediate type hyperreflexia. What would you do?
