This guy has a cancer, not well differentiated, though possibly focal, and probably to a conisderable extent removed. How many grams were removed at TURP? He is not likely to have been cured by the TURP, though for sure he might live for very long without symtoms. I would not feel like submitting him to radical prostatectomy.
I might suggest to him interstitial radiotherapy. had it been *me* I would probably have chosen some time of WW before finally deciding on something.
