36 years old man presenting with hemospermia and infertility. Had bilateral orchidopexy at the age of 18 years for bilateral undescended testes. Normal erectile function. On examination, normal secondary male characteristics except for bilateral hypoplastic empty scroum. Bilateral inguinal surgical scars. Testes not felt in both hemiscrotum. DRE - small prostate, no other masses. Urinalysia normal. Seminal fluid - gross hematuria, no sperms seen.
