No, I agree to this too, my belief is, there are no pussycats in younger patients, only tigers.
Even an ever so well differentiated cancer in a young patient is a tiger.
Maybe, the new Swedish dissertation thesis can bring more light into the matter eventually.
However, I do believe, that if for some reason we find a cancer in a younger patient, this means something special and it calls for being more aggressive in the therapeutic attitude.
