60 yrs. old GP
PSA:29
DRE: palpable nodular lesion (done by another urologist)
TRUS biposy: 4 out of 6 cores positive
Gleason score: 3+3
Bone scan- negative
I have not seen the patient myself but got this information by e-mail.
What would advice the patient?
