All ileal conduits reflux and grows longer with time. There are only 2 categories of potentially correctable abnormalities in these sort of circumstances: Obstruction from stenosis, stones, upper tract tumours. Metabolic abnormalities from a lengthy conduit. The third category is only a maybe - that of chronic pyelonephritic damage which is is often secondary to obstruction.
Do a renogram.
