Severe forms of congenital anorectal problems are associated with an increased
incidence of upper urinary tract abnormalities even though the frequency of it does not
warrant routine study of the upper tract.
An up-and-downogram would be the thing to do, which is basically is an ascending
urethrogram with a MCU at the same sitting.
