The operation is by and large fairly straight forward once the decision has been made.
Chek Lang's point is very valid. The wrong decision will haunt you for ever. I would
certainly consider each case as it comes on its own merit. I may chicken out of some but
would certainly go ahead and reconstruct (prefer this term to re-assign) if I am convinced
I am doing the right thing for that patient.
