Psychologist/psychiatrists have lived to regret their recommendation. There was this
classic patient who had gender reassignment done, being a transvestite who wanted to be a
woman, he had psychological asessment for 2 years before he had his 'thing' amputated and
a vagina created. 'She' lost 'her' boyfriend soon after that and when I came back from UK
'she' came to my clinic and requested me to give her a new penis, and remove his breast
tissue. I sent 'her' back to 'her' psychiatrist/psychologist who promptly and
embarrassingly recommended not to 'touch' this guy. There are not many Billy Jean King
around. I hope you do not live to regret your participation in this.
How are you going to give him an erection? Does 'his' wife to be know that what he has
between his legs is counterfeit?
I would have encouraged her to have her clitoris trimmed and then go to another community
to start life as a woman.
