This not not one of my current cases but worth discussing. 29-yr-old indian dwarf,
diagnosed for many years as achondroplastic, sought repair of a perineal hypospadias just
prior to his marriage. Deny any urinary symptoms other than periodic haematuria for many
years. Examination showed a perineal hypospadias with empty scrotum. What is going on?
What would you do for him?
