Primary malignant pathology is Ca Cx and she had no evidence of primary disease all
these years.
There is no new neoplastic pathology in the bladder.
The bleeding was related to irradiation changes.
Hematuria was gross with clots and persistent. She had clot evacuation and diathermy. She
was given antibiotics. Prednisolone was added as initial USS showed severe bilateral
hydronephrosis.
An IVU was done subsequently when the left hydronephrosis cleared but the right
perservered. This showed up the obstructive right distal ureteric stone and the non
obstructive left renal stone.
