Keeping this patient in perspective. A long history of incontinence and no peripheral
neurological signs even now, and no evidence of SBO - what neurological problems are you
thinking of, considering the fact that DS/MS is virtually unheard of among Malaysian
Chinese!
Are you implying that there are CMG findings pathognomonic of a neurogenic bladder in a
bladder that is already disased (sorry for this mouthful). Please enlighten. I may agree
if you proceed to do SER on him, otherwise I will be most enlightened to know of any
pathognomonic features of a neurogenic bladder on CMG.
