If this is a small hypocompliant bladder from CIS (usu. very severe symptoms),
cystectomy would be indicated. I may even take out the baldder if superficial TCC is
confirmed as it would be silly to reconstruct on this bladder - ileal conduit or continent
diversion would be better. Like Ding & Chei Seng, I question the HPE. If review &
even rpt. bx is negative, I may consider reconstruct on this baldder, CMG parameters
permitting.
