62 years old lady presented with severe hematuria and urinary incontinence. Found to
have thimble size bladder with no recognisable features except telangiectasia. IVU showed
a right distal ureteric stone (7mm) with hydroureteronephrosis and left renal and upper
ureteric stones with no obstruction. She is quite happy with her incontinence having
adjusted to it for the past 10 years or so.
What would you do next?
