55 years old of man presented with gross hematuria of 3 months duration and
incontinence for many years. PR prostate not enlarged and benign .
ultrasound show bilateral gross hyddronephrosis
S.creat-500umol/l
cystoscopy shown contracted bladder with severe cystitis with a papillary growth at
anterior wall of bladder, both u. o were not seen.
bilateral nephrostomy tubes inserted and s.creat improved to 300. APG show tight left UVJ
stenosis and complete obstruction at right UVJ,antegrade stenting was done.
TURBT/EUA - small capacity bladder 100ml, trebeculated,tumour resected and multiple
biopsies taken. HPE - TCC G1, non- muscle invasive.
Spine x ray -NAD.
Any idea what is the next step of management.
