You got it Chit Sin. He had hypercalcaemia with myopathy, depression, dehydration. We
(together with physician ) have managed to bring his calcium back to normal and he is
conscious and more alert now. His hydration is much better too and blood urea coming down.
He must be having bone mets (despite negative bone scan); perhaps it has invaded the marrow and not the cortex?
Initially the lesion was only on the glans (doesn't seem to involve the corpora) and
the inguinal LN. I'm not sure what type of DXT he was given.
