Leaking from another fistula? VVF as well? Perhaps can try methylene blue test again.

: Mid-40 female underwent a Wertheim at St. Elsewhere. Developed peritonitis and started leaking urine pv. IVU showed gross SB distention & dilated Lt upper tract to pelvic ureter. JJ stenting carried out about 1 week after Wertheim did not stop urine leak. Later leaking faecal material p.v. Laparotomy and Lt ureter re-implantation was carried out with defunctiong loop sigmoid colostomy. Stormy course post-op. Continue to leak urine p.v. and later leaked ?urine per mucous fistula of her loop colostomy. CMG apparently in keeping with GSI. Methylene blue test reportedly negative! What is going on?
