38 yr old lady. Very large R/P pelvic malig. fibrous histiocytoma debulked 2 years ago
(found not resectable at op). Heavy blood loss intra-op and stormy post op with DVT. Done
well till now but present now regrowth and fungating mass protruding pv, urinary
incontinence and imminent rectal obst. Lesion completely plug the true pelvis. No mets to
date. What would you do?
