50-year old fit Chinese lady presented with right flank pain. Abdo exam showed a large
renal mass. CT showed a large renal tumour involving most of the right kidney with patent
renal vein. No evidence of lymphadenopathy. There was an incidental 4 cm left adrenal
mass. Normotensive and VMA normal. No evidence of mets elsewhere. What would you do and
why?
